Beachcomber Surfers Paradise

The Gold Coast Domestic and International airport is located 27kms South of Surfers Paradise which is a 30 minute drive. Brisbane Domestic and International Airport is located at least a one-hour’s drive North of Surfers Paradise. From the Gold Coast airport, you can get to Beachcomber by:

• Airport shuttle (guest has to arranged it directly with the shuttle bus company) 40min
• Uber or taxi
• Public Transport: from the airport take the bus 777 till Broadbeach south and then the light rail till Cavill Ave. From the tram stop it is only a 5 minutes walking

Check-in at Beachcomber is from 14:00, and check-out is until 10:00. Check in starts from 2pm. Guests are welcome to fill all the relevant paperwork and finalise the check in and store the luggage at no extra cost while waiting for the room to be ready. Early check in is subject to availability and cannot be granted.

Yes, this hotel has an outdoor pool and one heated indoor pool as well. Both pools are located on level 4.

We do have onsite car park available for $10 per night (free if you book directly with us). Strictly only one car park per room. Entrance to the underground car park is via Trickett Street. Please come and see reception staff to register your vehicle and get the card to access the car park area. High restriction is 1.92m.

Upon check-in you will be required to provide a credit card per-authorisation of $300 or a $300 cash deposit to cover any miscellaneous charges.

Reception operates Monday to Saturday 8.30am – 5pm and Sunday & Public Holidays 9am – 1pm.

If you will be arriving late to the resort, you will receive an email with a set of instructions and a code to our night safe. The safe is located outside the reception glass doors to your right. In there you will find an envelope with your name on it and key and instruction to get into your room.

Hotel check-in starts from 2:00PM and check-out before 10:00AM. If you require a late checkout or early check-in, please discuss your requirements with Reception either prior to arrival or when checking in. Whilst our team will accommodate wherever possible, please note requests are subject to availability.

To complete check in on arrival, you will need a valid photo ID and a credit card. We place a temporary pre-authorisation of $300.00 per stay for incidentals upon check in.

The hotel provides luggage storage for hotel guests pre or post-stay at no extra charge during Reception hours.
